Credit Card Payments

Why do I have to pay using PayPal?

PayPal is the company that process our credit card payments.  You do not have to have a PayPal account or be a member to make a purchase from our website.  If you do have an account and wish to make payment using it, follow the steps in the shopping cart and then log in to your account when prompted to do so. 

 
Zen Gardens

I just ordered one of your Zen Gardens. How soon can I expect it to arrive?

We handcraft our gardens here in the USA to ensure quality products.  While we try to keep inventory on hand, our Zen Gardens are quite popular and sometimes we get behind.  We do our best to ship your order within 7 business days of placing your order unless prior arrangements have been made. All packages are shipped Priority Mail within the US unless otherwise requested.  When your order ships, an email notification is sent to the email address given during the order process which includes the date it was shipped, tracking number and shipping method.

I live in the UK and have had a difficult time finding Zen Gardens. Do you ship to the UK and if so, how much is shipping?

We have many satisfied customers located throughout the world. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the cost of shipping to your country. Simply select the item(s) you would like and enter the country you are shipping to.  We ship Global Priority through the United States Postal Service which gives you a tracking number and faster shipping time.

Zen Rakes

I just ordered some Zen rakes. How soon can I expect them?

Our Zen rakes are shipped using the USPS usually within 7 business days of placing your order. International orders are shipped Global Priority to give you a tracking number and faster shipping time.  Most of our rakes are 100% handmade here in the US. When your order ships, an email notification is sent to the email address given during the order process which includes the date it was shipped, tracking number and shipping method.

I would like to order some Zen rakes but live in the U.K. How much is shipping?

Shipping outside the USA varies in cost with each country.  We ship Priority International using the USPS to give you a tracking number and faster shipping time.  Place the items you are interested into the shopping cart and select the country to be shipped to.  You will be given your shipping total before you exit for payment and shipping information.

Can I speed up my delivery time?

Contact us with your desired date and we will let you know. We will do our best.


Can I custom order sizes or colors?

Yes. We have done custom sizes and colors. Just email us your requirements and we will work with you on your project.


I would like to order 30-40 mini rakes.  Can you give me a discount?

Yes.  Visit our Wholesale/Discount page and the price breakdowns will be listed.  You can also order from this page and have the discount prices automatically figured in your shopping cart.


Why is my Full Size Zen Rake shipped unassembled?

The dimensions of the Full Size Zen Rake are such that the boxes to ship them fully assembled are either oversized or an odd size making the boxes/or shipping expensive.  In some cases, the box costs as much or more than the actual shipping.  For this reason, the rakes are shipped with the head and handle unattached.  It is a very simple process to assemble them (glue and instructions are included) and we have never had anyone say it was difficult.

I got my Zen Garden and I decided I don't want it.  How do I get a refund?

If you would like a refund, you must contact ToPort.com within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.  If your item was personalized, we cannot issue a refund for this item.  Otherwise, you must return the garden to ToPort.com at your expense within 14 days, insured against damage during shipping, and we will issue a refund less s/h costs.  Any custom or personalized items cannot be refunded.
