Gardens. How soon can I
expect it to arrive?
We handcraft
our gardens here in the USA
to ensure
quality products.
While we try to keep
inventory on hand, our Zen
Gardens are quite popular
and sometimes we
get behind. We do our
best to ship your order
within 7 business days of
placing your order unless prior arrangements have been
made. All packages are
shipped Priority Mail within
the US unless otherwise
requested. When your
order ships, an email
notification is sent to the
email address given during
the order process which
includes the date it was
shipped, tracking number and
shipping method.

Why
is my Full Size
Zen Rake shipped
unassembled?
The dimensions of the Full Size
Zen Rake are
such that the boxes to ship them
fully assembled are either
oversized
or an odd size making the
boxes/or shipping
expensive. In some
cases, the box costs as much or
more than the actual
shipping.
For this reason, the rakes are
shipped with the head and handle
unattached. It is a very
simple process to assemble them
(glue
and instructions are included)
and we have never had anyone say
it was
difficult.

it. How
do I get a
refund?
If you would
like a refund,
you must
contact
ToPort.com
within 7 days
of receiving
your order to
be eligible
for a
refund.
If your item
was
personalized,
we cannot
issue a refund
for this
item.
Otherwise, you
must return
the garden to
ToPort.com at
your expense
within 14
days, insured
against damage
during
shipping, and
we will issue
a refund less
s/h
costs.
Any custom or
personalized
items cannot
be refunded.
