I just ordered one of your Zen Gardens. How soon can I expect it to arrive?
We make all aspects of our gardens in our woodshop here in the USA to ensure quality products. (see customer comments) Zen Gardens are usually handcrafted and shipped within 10-14 business days after placing your order unless prior arrangements have been made. They are shipped Priority Mail within the US and an e-mail notification is sent with shipping information.
I live in the UK and have had a difficult time finding Zen Gardens. Do you ship to the UK and if so, how much is shipping?
We have many satisfied customers located in the UK/GB, Australia, and Canada. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the cost of shipping to your country. Simply select the item(s) you would like, enter the country you are shipping to and you will be given some options to choose from. We offer choices of Airmail Letter Post, Global Priority and Global Express through the United States Postal Service.

Our shipping is now automatically calculated by weight, not by item.
I just ordered some Zen rakes. How soon can I expect them?
Our Zen rakes are shipped USPS Priority Mail usually within 7-10 business days after placing your order. Most of our rakes are 100% handmade here in the US. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your rakes have been shipped.
I would like to order some Zen rakes but live in the U.K. How much is shipping?
Shipping to CANADA, AUSTRALIA, and the U.K. varies with each country and depends upon which method of shipping you choose as well as the quantity you order. The amount is calculated during your on-line payment process.
Can I speed up my delivery time?
